Food Safety Rules was established in 2004 by Lynda John, a former Senior EHO/Practitioner with over 30 years experience in  Local Government in both  Food Safety and Health and Safety enforcement and training.

Lynda John is also currently a National Examiner for three Examination Boards for food safety, food premises inspection and H.A.C.C.P.

The  Company  is a training and consultancy service aimed primarily at supporting caterers and other food businesses and is able to provide up to date, professional help and guidance.

Food Safety Rules is available to provide cost-effective, consistent,  no nonsense training and advice to small, medium and large businesses across the board.

We are able to offer in-house and open course training and training at all levels  is also available to private individuals.

Food Safety Rules is also available to assist businesses in compliance with new legislative changes in relation to Food Safety Management Systems.

-  Audits of existing  Hazard Analysis documentation and H.A.C.C.P systems
-  Accredited H.A.C.C.P training
